The Iconic Hotel Ari - Jatujak ★★★★

Nice and clean hotel.

Staff were welcoming,helpful and polite 10 minutes walking distance too the train station that connected into centre of Bangkok and all other attractions

Little noisy from the maids early in the morning Also some noisy guests on our floor

Nice and confortable hotel, very good price-ratio. The personnel were very helpful. The rooms were big, bed confortable.

Location is not the best. It is not a bad neighborhood but it is very far away from the city centre and the airport. It took me around 45 mins by motorcycle (by car it would be at least 1.30h) to get anywhere in the city.

The spacious room is great, the big tv, the super comfy bed, the toiletries are good too.

I guess the hallway is too narrow so the noice from other guests are too disturbing. I cant tell them to lower their voice right? So, it’s really annoying at night.

I recently had the pleasure of spending six marvelous days at the Iconic Hotel Ari-Jatujak in Bangkok. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, whose friendliness and accommodation truly set the tone for my stay. The hotel itself is a blend of modern elegance, having been recently built, and you can see the thoughtfulness in its design. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, offering a relaxing haven after a day exploring the bustling streets of Bangkok. The amenities were top-notch, and the location provided convenient access to local attractions.

One area where the hotel could enhance their offering is by including more vegan and vegetarian options at breakfast. While the spread was delicious and varied, a greater selection for plant-based diets would make the dining experience perfect for all guests.

It's a new hotel that just opened in Feb. 2023 and has a pool (which i didn't get a chance to visit because it closes at 7pm). The room is bigger than average in Thailand.

Its VERY FAR from the nearest BTS station. you had to walk through little alleys to get there. I saw on their marketing photos that they offer tuktuk service, but i was told it wasn't available just yet when I arrived. It'd be essential for them to pick up/drop off guests at the BTS station and other places (like the red line to the Don Meaung airport). The first room i got had a toilet with pee stains all over the seat. It was disgusting and I had to change to the room next door, and the toilet wasn't exactly that clean either. they seriously need to do something about their cleaning staff. The AC blows cold air directly at the bed, and you could catch a cold if you're not careful. and there's no AC in the hallway on the 6th floor. It's a new fixture, i understand, so management is probably still learning the ropes as they go. But i'd really suggest they get to offer more professional and considerate services later on.
